Last week we attended our first Saturday market of the season. We shared a veggie omelette for two, a little cake, listened to music and brought home flowers!

We also brought home these awesome mushrooms...


The first night I sauteed them with green and red peppers and made a warm spinach salad. Then a couple nights later I decided to make a little pizza! I took the dough out of the fridge to come to room temp while I chopped the mushrooms, sauteed them in olive oil with zucchini, onions, garlic and spinach.

Topped it with shaved parmesan...

Waited patiently for it to cook...

and it came out perfect!

Delicious! I can hardly wait to pick up another bag of mushrooms this weekend!
