Another Project is almost completed by Pence NW Construction. The owners of this building have asked them to remodel this space for another Tenant. New layout, carpet, paint, lighting... the list goes on. This will be the entrance with a window that still needs to be installed, owners sometimes like to make a few changes along the way.
Original carpet chosen had dye-lot issues and the owners had to make another selection along with slightly different color palate. It's fabulous when a tenant will be flexible and as someone mentioned they liked their second choice even more! There are so many wonderful selections out there... It's hard to go wrong, a good Designer has more than one palate of colors they work with.
In a few short days this space will be ready for the new tenants to move in.
Hang a few doors, install a bit more carpet & base, and yes there's some clean up!
